4 Week Macro & Close Up Photography Course

This 4 week interactive course will teach you how to navigate the rewarding genre of everyday macro and close up photography. The course will cover a wide range of topics from equipment and techniques, to lighting, composition, camera settings and editing. It will explore how to deal with macro challenges, helping to improve your skills and produce amazing close up images from your everyday lives. This course takes place one evening a week for four weeks and is ideal for someone who wants to get up-close with their photography.

• Close up, macro & micro photography
• Using macro lenses & accessories
• Shooting techniques – the importance of getting out of auto & into the manual modes
• Focusing techniques – focus points, manual focusing & focus stacking
• Lighting challenges surrounding natural & artificial lighting.
• Use of artificial lighting equipment
• Editing tips to help process and enhance your images
• Covering nature subjects & still life compositions
